The Rehearsal Dinner for The Wedding was on Friday evening. It’s beneficial, if you are hosting such an event, to do so at your sister’s historic mansion.
The food was great, lots of choices and (except for the desserts) almost everything was gluten/dairy/sugar free yet tasty for all dietary types.
Sharon, Rose and Me. Having my sisters by my side from soup to nuts to toasts made it extra special.
It took a while for us to figure out the whole lining up and walking process. 😀
Then it was time for toasts and short speeches, followed by bridal party gifts and more toasts.
By then our fiddler had arrived in Oregon from Ohio (via Texas) and was happy to exercise her strings. She’s Tricia Fairman and plays with Whiskey Mile and works with the Columbus Symphony Youth Orchestra.
